Come in wash your own pet using our professional tubs, tables & dryers. We supply you with towels, brushes & combs and you can use our state of the art, shampoo dispensing bathing systems.our tubs were custom made they have ramps & doors for a pet to just walk -thru, the tubs also a removable platform that can be used so smaller pets feel safer and more at ease. Nail trimming is always just $5.00 feel free to bring your own equipment we don't supply you with anything sharp. Our Groomers:
Glenda Szkrybalo is a life long Michigan resident and has been grooming since the early 1980's, having Bouvier des Flandres since she was a teenager it was a necessity!,She started grooming professionally in 1997 and has been providing outstanding grooming ever since.She enjoys going to dog shows & exhibiting her Bouviers , Poodles ( both Miniature & Standard) and a Lhasa Apso. Glenda is the president of the Bouvier Befrienders of Michigan Bouvier Rescue volunteers with the SE Michigan Poodle rescue, Rolling Rescue, and also volunteers her time to the Livingston County animal control, grooming dogs in desperate need in hope of helping them find a forever home. Glenda and her Bouvier "Axel" ( AKC,UKC, GER, INT, CH I'm Special Guns-N- Roses cgc) , volunteer as a therapy dog for Henry Ford Hospital west Bloomfield Michigan.Glenda while an all breed groomer, specializes in Bouviers, Poodles, and special needs dogs.
Anne Carlo-McHenry's initial introduction to grooming began in San Francisco 15 years ago, and though the bay area is highly competitive, Anne was quickly recognized as one of its premier groomers.She was soon sought out not only by the casual pet owner, but by many top breeders. Her services were ultimately secured by the highly respectable Fiddler's Green Kennels in Marin County who specialize in Cairn Terriers & Pomeranians. After a time in California, Anne relocated back to her native New York where she continued to lend her talents to some of the finest grooming centers and private kennels. She moved to Michigan in 2005 and was grooming in the Ann Arbor area when she happily accepted a position with Glenda Szkrybalo, a highly respected local groomer. The combination of these two talented professionals will undoubtedly guarantee a highly positive experience at Glenda's Grooming.
Shelby Szkrybalo is Glenda's daughter, and a chip off the ol block. having grown up in the business Shelby developed a keen eye for detail. Shelby has also apprentice with Joseph Vergnetti of Dassin Poodles in Medina Ohio, for 2 years spending her summers traveling to dog shows as a professional dog show handlers assistant. She also enjoyed grooming & showing her very own standard poodles starting at the tender age of 14 .
